NATA 2026 On-Demand Registration Terms and Conditions
These are the key terms and conditions related to attending the NATA 2026 On-Demand. By registering for NATA 2026 On-Demand, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you are completing the registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have made the attendee or participant aware of these terms and they acknowledge that you are accepting these terms and conditions on their behalf.
NATA CONDUCT AND NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICIES
Registrants are required to acknowledge and agree to comply with the NATA Conduct and Non-Discrimination policies found here.
Attendance at an NATA event (in-person or virtual) does not grant permission to record, reproduce, distribute or publish presenter material, including audio, video, slides or other content on social media or other platforms. All content remains the intellectual property of the creator, and prior permission is required for any use beyond personal learning.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The 77th NATA Symposia On-Demand event is open from Jul 31-Dec 31, and all courses must be completed by 11:59 CST on Dec 31, 2026. Refunds are not offered for this event, but exceptions for emergencies will be considered. Refund requests must be sent via email to membership@nata.org, and if approved, will be processed no later than four weeks after the last day of the convention. Refunds are credited back to the original payer via the method they were received.
Event Cancellation
If for any reason NATA cancels or substantially shortens NATA 2026, or a portion thereof, the registrant agrees its sole remedy is the return of all or a portion (as applicable) of the registration fees already paid. NATA will endeavor to inform registrants of substantial changes in programming in a reasonable amount of time after any such changes are made.
Payment
Registration fees for NATA 2026 are due upon registration. If payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, NATA will not provide access to the virtual platform and shall have no liability in that regard.
Privacy Policy
NATA is committed to protecting the privacy of its attendees. The full privacy policy is available on the NATA website. We shall use provided information to send important event information, create badges and validate attendance. During the registration process, registrants can opt in to receiving communications from exhibitors about exhibitor products and services. Registrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Registrants must accept these terms and conditions during the registration process.

Statements of Credit Information
Statements of Credit for NATA 2025 can be found on the My Transcript page of NATA EducATe. Statements of Credit from NATA 2024 and prior can be accessed from the Statements of Credit Portal by entering the last name and email used to register for convention.
Reporting Period Update
Certification renewal requirements for the 2024-2025 reporting period are due to the BOC by Feb. 2, 2026 at 5 p.m. CST. For more info or questions, visit bocatc.org or email boc@bocatc.org.
