Andrew Golden
After graduating in 2008 going into one of the toughest job markets for recent grads, I almost turned down my first job offer because I didn’t think the pay was high enough. It was at that first job where I experienced how hard work is rewarded and ultimately molded me into the person I am today.
Beginning my career in a newly created department for a smaller start-up challenged me daily. The challenges cultivated into passion which is what led to my growth within the organization including various leadership roles. Helping drive the company through significant growth, we were acquired by a fortune 50 company, Lowes Inc in 2011.
In 2016 I was presented with an opportunity to develop and lead a go-to-market strategy for a sports tech start-up. I brought an unparalleled drive and strategic approach that helped us successfully launch 3 products and an analytics platform that has revolutionized safety in sports.
I have over 10+ years of experience leading successful and well optimized departments through growth. My drive to help others succeed is what fuels my passion every day.
