

Lisa Kluchurosky, MEd, ATC
Lisa received her undergraduate degree in education from the University of Cincinnati and her Master’s degree from Ashland University. She has served on numerous committees for the Ohio Athletic Trainers’ Association including secondary schools, CIC, Professional Education committee, Finance, Sponsorship, and Reimbursement Task Force and also as the External Vice President. She previously served as the Ohio Representative to the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers Association and on the council on Employment for the NATA. She is currently the Chair of the NATA Clinical and Emerging Practices in Athletic Training Committee as well as the NATA Liaison to the AAP Council on Sports Medicine and Fitness. Lisa received the OATA Athletic Trainer of the Year award in 2004 and received the GLATA Dedicated Service award in 2011.Lisa was a high school athletic trainer for 13 years and is now the Program Manager for Sports Medicine at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. She started the program at Nationwide Children’s Hospital 10 years ago with one physician and has grown to having six Primary Care Sports Medicine physicians and 30 other employees including 21 athletic trainers.
