Mary Westby is the program director of athletic training at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.  She completed her doctorate in higher education leadership from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2020 where her dissertation focus was on assessment of student learning outcomes in athletic training program.  Mary is a 2005 graduate of the University of North Carolina’s bachelor’s of athletic training program and a 2007 graduate of Old Dominion University’s post-professional athletic training master’s program.
