Alicia Montalvo, PhD, MPH, ATC
Alicia Montalvo, PhD, MPH, ATC, is a Clinical Associate Professor of Movement Sciences at Arizona State University, where she teaches courses that are foundational to clinical degrees. Her research focuses on injury epidemiology with special emphases on both health equity and transdisciplinary collaboration. In addition to her research and teaching, Dr. Montalvo is active in College and university committees related to inclusive excellence and is involved with the Arizona Athletic Trainers’ Association. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters, lifting weights, streaming TV, eating, and sleeping.
