Ty Michalowski is a certified athletic trainer and Doctoral Student in the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina. He earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Carroll University in 2021 and his master’s degree in athletic training from Carroll University in 2022. He has worked at the NAIA and Division 1 level and is currently a PRN Athletic Trainer for Prisma Healthcare and Riverbluff High School. He has served the athletic trainers association for GLATA, KATS, and SCATA. His research interests include behavior change, mental health, and injury prevention.
