Anne Felts, MS, ATC, LAT
Anne Felts has been working in the field of injury prevention and physical rehabilitation for over 20 years. Anne is currently working for Unify Health Services. Unify Workforce solutions specializes in providing preventative workers compensation solutions as well as clinical and onsite services. Overseeing onsite Clinical Services, Physical Demand Analysis (PDAs), Post-Offer Pre-Hire Testing (POET), Ergonomic Assessments (Virtual & On-Site) and On-Site Clinicians. Special focuses on continuous improvement of employee support, education, and skills in: ergonomics, rehabilitation, quality assurance.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training, from Berry College, and a Master of Science degree in Sports Medicine, from Georgia State University. In the sports field, Anne was an Athletic Trainer for the 1996 Olympic Games & Paralympic in Atlanta and the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, as well as, World League Professional Football training camp, NCAA Wrestling National Championships, and Collegiate and High School athletics. Her post graduate training and education has focused on the field of ergonomics, industrial medicine, and injury prevention.

Anne's passion is education. She enjoys educating peers, clients, and promoting the Industrial Athletic Trainer. Her goal is to improve employee performance by identifying early onset and prevention of musculoskeletal discomforts MSDs. She does this through analysis of the Physical Demands (PDA) and/or Ergonomics assessment, then educating the worker on stretches, postures, and work habits to decrease the MSDs. Her philosophy is the employees who understand the why behind their MSD are best apt and empowered to correct and prevent those discomforts.
