Dan Lepping is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with extensive experience working with youth and collegiate athletes. He has a strong background in injury prevention, biomechanics, and athlete development.
Dan previously worked with collegiate athletes at Regis University, providing athletic training services for the women’s soccer and softball programs. Since 2017, he has served as an Outreach Athletic Trainer with Children’s Hospital Colorado, where he works closely with youth athletes and organizations throughout the region. In 2018, he became the Head Athletic Trainer for Broomfield Soccer Club, where he oversees injury management, prevention strategies, and return-to-play protocols for competitive soccer players.
Dan is passionate about improving athlete health and performance through practical, evidence-based approaches to movement assessment, biomechanics, and injury risk reduction. His work focuses on helping coaches, clinicians, and performance professionals better understand how movement quality influences long-term athletic development.
