Lisa started her career as a high school athletic trainer in Cincinnati Ohio after graduating with her Bachelor’s degree from Miami University. She received her Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati while working as a graduate assistant at a local high school. She continued providing athletic training services at the high school level for more than 20 years before entering administration. Lisa worked as the Sports Medicine Director for Wellington Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine before transitioning to Mercy Health in 2013. While at Mercy Health, Lisa not only manages the Sports Medicine and School Partnership program but was asked to take on school based health and behavioral health in 2017. Lisa manages more that 120 athletic trainers, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists and psychologists. Lisa has been the President of the Greater Cincinnati Athletic Trainers Association, sits on several boards for athletic training curriculum and has been an adjunct professor at the University of Mount Saint Joseph, Thomas More University and the University of Cincinnati. She currently is a member of the NATA- COPA Health Care Administration committee.
