This course explores conflict management and includes Interviews with three well-known leaders of the NATA who have significant experience in dealing with conflict and controversial issues. Conflict is defined as: any situation where your concerns or desires differ from another person (Harrelson, et. al 2009). Conflict that is avoided by leadership may result in a multitude of negative consequences.
